About BestZoo
BestZOO in Best, North Brabant, is a mid-sized Dutch zoo of about 86 species arranged as mammals, birds, and reptiles and fish. Its primates include jaguars' neighbours - golden-headed lion tamarins, cotton-top tamarins, tufted capuchins, Colombian black spider monkeys, black howlers and rhesus macaques - and it keeps a fossa, servals, a Sri Lankan leopard, binturongs, wombats, Hagen's forest wallabies and a southern tamandua.
The bird collection is broad, running to several crane and pheasant species, three pelicans, hornbills and a Lady Ross's turaco.
Visitors can park in the designated parking area near the entrance of BestZoo. Parking is paid, so be sure to bring some change or a credit card. It's advisable to arrive early during peak times to secure a good parking spot.
