About La Mini Ferme De Crots
La Mini Ferme de Crots is a discovery farm in the Hautes-Alpes above the Serre-Poncon lake, started by two founders out of a shared enthusiasm and now holding more than 250 animals, most of them rescues. Entry is unguided and needs no booking. From June to September the ticket also lets visitors pick vegetables in the farm's own kitchen garden, and there is a shop for regional produce and souvenirs, a shaded picnic area, a children's play area and a quiet seating space. Dogs are not admitted even on a lead. The farm does not publish a list of the species it keeps.
Parking is available directly in front of the hotel restaurant Les Bartavelles. It is important to arrive early during peak times to secure a spot, as the area can get busy. Make sure to check for any parking fees or restrictions that may apply.
