Visitors can park in the designated parking area near the entrance of the zoo. Parking is free, making it convenient for families and groups. It is advisable to arrive early during peak times to secure a good parking spot.
- The ticket office closes an hour before the park does, and the carnivore safari opens at 11:00 with last entry half an hour before closing. Dogs and other pets may not enter the safari area at all, not even inside a car - a ministerial rule. In bad weather the park may change its hours, restrict the safari or close early, and validated tickets are not refunded. Family packages are sold only through the park’s own website.
