About Želví zahrada
Želví zahrada, or Turtle Garden, began as a dilapidated wooden house and a devastated garden. In 2014, the property changed ownership, and since then, restoration has been underway. The owner, a turtle enthusiast, decided to share his hobby with the public by opening part of the garden during the summer months. This initiative led to the need for structural adjustments to accommodate increased visitor traffic.
As a private property, visitors are expected to respect the owner's request for considerate behavior towards the buildings and facilities.
There are two parking spots directly opposite the entrance gate. An additional area for six cars is located 40 meters further down the road. Parking is free, but it is advisable to arrive early during peak visiting times to secure a spot.
