About Ferme Rainbow
The Ferme Rainbow is an eco-participative educational farm in Noisy-le-Grand east of Paris, opened in 2019 and built by more than 150 volunteers. It houses over a hundred animals, all of them rescues, and runs guided tours every hour alongside workshops on composting, recycling, permaculture and eco-grazing. Its stated purposes are teaching, animal welfare, ecology and social inclusion in equal measure, and it keeps a kitchen garden beside the animals.
