Visitors can park in designated parking areas near the entrance of GaiaZOO. Parking is paid, so be sure to have cash or a credit card ready. It's advisable to arrive early during peak times to secure a good parking spot.
- Tickets for visitors with a disability can only be booked at the visitor service desk, not online, and cost 20.50 for ages 3 to 9 and 23.50 from 10. One adult companion per disabled visitor gets 10 euro off, on a discount ticket also issued at the desk. Clients of a care institution pay 19 euro from five people, and there one companion per client is free. Group rates start at 20 people. A guided tour with a GaiaGids costs 15 euro for up to eight people.
