Jungle Park - Las Aguilas at Arona in the south of Tenerife is a subtropical park built into a ravine, best known for its birds of prey and its exhibitions. Its collection runs to Bornean orangutans, three gibbon species including siamangs, De Brazza's monkeys, squirrel monkeys and common marmosets, servals, California sea lions, Asian small-clawed otters, capybaras, Patagonian maras, six-banded armadillos, crested porcupines, meerkats and Parma wallabies, with bald eagles, griffon vultures, marabou storks, cassowaries and emus among the birds and Nile crocodiles, American alligators and Philippine sailfin lizards among the reptiles. There are also adventure circuits and a botanical collection, and combined tickets with Aqualand Costa Adeje.
Visitors can park in the designated parking area near the entrance of the park. Parking is paid, so be sure to bring some cash or a credit card for the fee. It's advisable to arrive early to secure a good parking spot, especially during peak visiting times.
