Wildpark Höllohe

Wildpark Hoellohe at Teublitz is run by the district of Schwandorf and holds almost 200 animals of about 21 species in large enclosures - red and fallow deer, wild boar, goats, donkeys, ponies, pheasants, storks and snowy owls among them. Deer, goats and sheep may be fed with feed bought from the machines at the entrance for one euro a cup; donkeys, ponies and wild boar may not.

Since 2019 the park has run an educational goat project with the Akademie fuer Zoo- und Wildtierschutz, showing rare and threatened domestic breeds. Admission is free, the grounds are largely step-free, and there is a large forest playground, permanent exhibitions, a farm and herb garden and nature trails.
