Virum Algpark near Vimmerby in Smaland takes visitors out on a safari through the moose enclosure, where the animals can be photographed, fed and often touched. Besides the moose it keeps fallow deer, miniature pigs, dwarf goats and giant rabbits, and has a shop and cafe at the entrance.
Visitors can park in the designated parking area near the entrance of the park. Parking is free, making it convenient for families and groups. It is advisable to arrive early during peak times to secure a good spot.
