The farm at Parc Animalier de Sainte-Croix, known as the Farm of Gérald, is a tribute to the park's founder, Gérald Singer. Visitors can explore traditional farm structures such as a pigsty, sheepfold, stables, rabbit hutches, pigeon house, and chicken runs.

In 2025, the park expanded its commitment to sustainable agriculture by inaugurating the Ferme des Vents. This new farm emphasizes education and showcases ancient domestic breeds and environmentally friendly farming practices. It offers visitors an opportunity to learn about the importance of preserving traditional livestock breeds, including chickens, and sustainable agriculture.
